Welcome to Church Leadership Training Course
Module Description
This course identifies a number of key qualities of leadership and is designed to enable students to better understand the nature and principles of successful leadership with practical application for personal and corporate development.
On completion of this course participants will be able to:
· Understand the principles and heart of Christian leadership
· Acknowledge the importance of vision in their personal lives and the ministry.
· Recognize that Character is essential for effective Christian leadership.
· Identify the major challenges facing contemporary church and how to deal with them efficiently.
· Appreciate the importance of relationship in leadership.
· Comprehend the necessity of accountability in leadership.
· Gain better understanding in implementing church discipline and resolving conflicts.

IV. Course Evaluation
On completion of the course, participants will obtain a certificate in Christian leadership issued by Regents Theological College. To Gain certificate from this course the participants are required to have 80% attendance.
